目的采用MRI评价前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤后的自身修复能力。方法 62例ACL撕裂患者分为治疗组(A组,28例)和对照组(B组,34例)。其中,A组采用支具保护膝关节,停止一切运动,降低康复训练的强度;B组在急性期过后,采用标准的康复训练方法恢复膝关节功能。6个月后复诊,MRI评价ACL损伤的修复情况。结果 MRI显示,A组57.1%(16/28)的患者为修复良好,高于B组的5.9%(2/34)(χ2=19.583,P<0.01)。结论 ACL拥有自我修复的能力,部分患者可通过支具保护膝关节的方法使ACL恢复形态上的完整性。
Objective To assess the self-repair ability of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury by MRI. Methods Sixty - two patients with ACL tears were divided into treatment group (A group, 28 cases) and control group (B group, 34 cases). Among them, group A used brace to protect knee joint, stopped all exercise and reduced the intensity of rehabilitation training. In group B, standard rehabilitation training method was used to recover knee joint function after acute phase. 6 months after referral, MRI evaluation of ACL injury repair. Results MRI showed that 57.1% (16/28) of patients in group A were well repaired, which was higher than 5.9% (2/34) in group B (χ2 = 19.583, P <0.01). Conclusion ACL has the ability to self-repair, and some patients can restore the morphological integrity of the ACL through the brace to protect the knee.
