采用压板应变压缩法、盒式污染试验法等六种方法能够基本测试出润滑油的工艺性能。对含有不同添加剂成分的润滑油进行检测,得出了综合性能最佳的添加剂配比。试验表明,单独加入6.0%高级醇或硬脂酸丁脂时,比两种混合加入有更高的润滑性能和更轻的污染性,在此基础上如再加入1%左右的醇胺酸型的自研极压添加剂PA_2,将明显地提高工艺润滑综合性能。通过生产验证,所配制的润滑油减缩性好,轧出的板带表面光亮度高,无退火油斑,可推广应用于工业生产。
