作者对51例经冠脉造影证实为冠心病患者分别进行运动及静态的~(201)T1-SPECT及~(13)N-aa(~(13)N-氨基酸)-PET,并比较两种显像方法在冠心病诊断中的价值及局限性。结果表明:48例冠脉造影证实的冠心病者~(201)Tl-SPECT运动显像的灵敏性为96%,~(13)N-aa-PET运动显像为98%,3例冠脉造影正常者SPECT及PET均见正常。左室区段灌注分析见狭窄冠脉供血的相应区域SPECT与PET的检测灵敏性分别为81%及88%,其中右冠状动脉异常的灵敏性
Fifty-one patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary angiography were subjected to exercise and static T1-SPECT and ~ (13) N-aa (~ (13) N-amino acids) -PET in comparison with two The value and limitation of imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
