主要介绍了一种新型CMOS基准源电路的设计方法,由NMOS管阈值电压的温度系数及NMOS管迁移率温度指数形成温度补偿,同时产生低温度系数的基准电压和基准电流.此基准源电路已经在3μmCMOS工艺线上实现,基准电压源输出中心值在720mV左右,温度系数为91×10-6/℃.这种基准结构已经成功应用于DC-DC转换器中.
