Macau is small with a population of about 400,000 and an area of 23.5 square kilometers. However, as the earliest base for two-way exchange between East and West cultures, its long history has reached over 400 years. Eastern and Western cultures meet here, collide, merge, forming a diverse color. This phenomenon has a historical reason. When the Portuguese arrived in Macao in the mid-16th century, Dongdu arrived in Macao and co-existed with the Chinese people within a radius of a few miles. After 300 years, the so-called “colonial rule” began. Whether in the time of the Chinese-foreign co-existence or the “colonial rule” of Portugal, the two ethnic groups in China have had both fierce conflicts in Macao, harmonious communication, two-way exchange between East and West cultures or in tolerance, or The evolution of tribulation made the culture of Macau an extremely rich museum.
