1968年,伟大领袖毛主席亲自批发了“从‘赤脚医生’的成长看医学教育革命的方向”的调查报告,为我们培养赤脚医生,开展农村卫生革命指明了前进的方向。近七年来,我们在毛主席革命路线指引下,在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动中,加强赤脚医生队伍的建设,发挥这支队伍在农村卫生革命中的作用,推动了医疗卫生战线的斗批改,巩固了农村合作医疗制度,改变了农村卫生面貌,保障了社员群众的身体健康,促进了革命生产的向前发展。
