针对现场80Y-60、80Y-100×Z、IS100-65-250等型高心系轴封存在泄漏、使用寿命短、需大量冷却水等问题,进行螺旋密封研制。通过螺旋密封的理论研究导出了影响螺旋密封性能的参数,通过室内实验找出了螺旋结构参数与螺旋密封能力的变化规律,并用计算机寻优及结合现用泵的实际结构最终设计、制造出80Y-60等型高心泵螺旋密封的结构。该密封现场应用效果较好,在油田集输系统用泵中具有推广价值。
For the site 80Y-60, 80Y-100 × Z, IS100-65-250 type high heart shaft seal there is leakage, short service life, requiring a lot of cooling water and other issues, the development of the screw seal. Through the theoretical study of the screw seal, the parameters that affect the performance of the screw seal were derived. The variation of the helical structure parameters and the screw seal capability was found through laboratory experiments. The optimized design of the screw pump and the actual structure of the pump were used to produce 80Y -60 and other high-core pump spiral seal structure. The sealing application of the field effect is better, with the pump in the oil gathering and transportation system has the promotion value.
