为合理确定煤柱合理宽度实现煤矿安全高效生产,以酸刺沟煤矿6上煤层的6上107辅运顺槽与6上109胶运顺槽之间的区段煤柱宽度研究为工程背景,采用煤柱载荷估算法、煤柱宽度塑性理论计算法,得出煤柱合理宽度范围应该为20.8~29.5m;再根据数值模拟对比分析不同宽度煤柱的塑性破坏范围变化、围岩应力变化,确定合理煤柱宽度为25~30m.同时在分析煤柱宽度理论公式计算和数值模拟缺点和不足的基础上,制订了在6上111胶运顺槽进行工程试验的方案,采用支护受力监测仪、围岩监测仪现场监测锚杆锚索受力情况及巷道围岩的变形量,最终确定区段煤柱留设的合理宽度,该研究结果对类似开采条件下确定区段煤柱合理宽度具有重要意义.
