临床资料58例中男性32例,女性26例。年龄:二岁以下5例,2—10岁8例,10—20岁15例。20—30岁14例,30—40岁11例,40—50岁5例。发病年龄多在青少年。除1例为双侧外,其余均为单侧。58例中:口内型27例,口内外型19例,口外型(颌下型)12例。58例中除5例婴幼儿舌下腺囊肿口肉型3例采用粗丝线在囊壁上栓结引流,2例采用袋形缝合治疗外,其余均只作舌下腺摘除,未作囊肿摘除,均未见复发。典型病例例一:男,18岁。
