我厂的蒸汽锻锤曾用过两种排汽方法:一种是排汽口朝下,直接将乏汽喷入地坑内;另一种是排汽管高出地面5～6米,向空中喷射。这两种方法都造成了大面积的油水污染,而且还有较大的噪声。 1980年我们改成了图1所示的排汽系统。 I have used two kinds of steam forging hammer factory exhaust method: one is the exhaust port down directly to the lack of steam injected into the pit; the other is the exhaust pipe above the ground 5 to 6 meters to the air injection. Both of these methods cause large areas of oil and water pollution, but also have greater noise. In 1980 we changed to the exhaust system shown in Figure 1.
