噻唑环是一类重要的含氮硫原子的五元芳杂环,因其特殊的结构使得噻唑核作为一个活泼的药效基团被广泛应用于药物化学和药物设计,显示出巨大的开发价值,受到广泛关注。特别是在抗菌领域,越来越多的噻唑类药物被用于临床,应对细菌感染,如头孢地尼,阿巴芬净等等。本文结合作者自己的研究工作,参阅了国内外最新研究成功,简要介绍了噻唑类化合物在抗菌领域应用研究的方向。
Thiazole ring is a kind of important five-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring containing nitrogen and sulfur atoms. Because of its special structure, thiazole nucleus has been widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry and drug design as an active pharmacophore, showing great development value ,Widespread concern. Especially in the field of antibacterials, more and more thiazoles drugs are used clinically to deal with bacterial infections, such as cefdinir, abacavir and so on. Based on the author’s own research work, this paper reviews the latest research success at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the application of thiazoles in the field of antibacterials.
