本文介绍了用数学方法来掌握柴油机M燃烧过程燃烧室中混合气形成和燃烧过程的研究成果。为此,首先建立了一个非稳定油膜蒸发的数学模型,它由喷布在燃烧室壁上的油膜的运动、加热和蒸发的微分方程组成。为能实际应用该数学模型,就必须研究在M燃烧室中居支配地位的涡流场中动量、热量和物质的传递过程。本文第1部分中,将介绍油膜蒸发的数学模型和几个关于摩擦系数和燃烧室中传热系数和传质系数的公式。
In this paper, we introduce the mathematic method to study the formation and combustion process of the mixed gas in the combustion chamber of diesel M combustion process. To this end, first, a mathematical model of unstable film evaporation is established, which consists of the differential equation of motion, heating and evaporation of the oil film sprayed on the wall of the combustion chamber. In order to be able to apply this mathematical model in practice, it is necessary to study the momentum, heat and mass transfer in the predominantly vortex field in the M-combustor. In the first part of this paper, we introduce the mathematical model of oil film evaporation and several formulas about the friction coefficient and the heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient in the combustion chamber.
