高频加热设备在使用过程中,经常发生阳极隔直流电容器的击穿损坏现象,这除了与电容器本身的质量、冷却情况有密切关系外,实践证明:更重要的因素是取决于对电容器的维护。我们经过长期的摸索发现,电容器潮湿、有灰尘是造成爬电击穿的主要原因。因此,我们每次开机前先擦净电容器上的灰尘,再用红外线灯对其烘烤(时间越长越安全,我们烘烤两小时以上)。
In the course of using the high-frequency heating equipment, the breakdown phenomenon of the anode DC-DC capacitor often occurs, which is closely related to the quality and cooling of the capacitor itself. Practice has proved that the more important factor is that it depends on the maintenance of the capacitor . After a long period of exploration, we found that capacitors are damp and dusty is the main reason for creepage breakdown. Therefore, we clean the dust on the capacitor before turning it on, and then bake it with the infrared lamp (the longer it is, the safer we bake for more than two hours).
