室内地图对营销来说意义非常重大,可以使企业将潜在客户的位置与产品及服务相联系,企业可以通过此信息流了解消费者的行为,并吸引他们、留住他们。有些时候,企业会为在某位置上的移动终端用户提供“有助信息”形式的广告服务,即使他们不会马上产生购买行为。如果得到用户的许可,企业可根据客户的位置为用户发送相关的产品和服务信息,而且还能收集到用户的背景数据,以便提供更好的服务。
