教学是学校完成各项教育任务的基本途径,是学校工作的中心,一所学校必须用主要精力抓好教学工作,特别是教学改革工作。发展学生的智能,多出人才,出好人才,这是衡量学校工作好坏的根本标准,也是衡量我们教育休制改革成败的根本标准。我们认为,一切有利于发展智能培养人才的方法和措施都是正确的。在这一思想指导下,我们对本校老师们在教学实践中长期行之有效的,然而是不系统的教学方法进行了调查总结,通过提炼升华创立了适合我校师生实际的“五·一·一”教学套路。
Teaching is the basic way for schools to accomplish various educational tasks. It is the center of school work. A school must use its main energy to do a good job in teaching, especially teaching reform. The development of students’ intelligence, extra talents and good talents are the basic standards for measuring the quality of work in schools and also the fundamental criterion for measuring the success or failure of our education reform. In our opinion, all the methods and measures conducive to the development of intelligent personnel training are correct. Under the guidance of this idea, we have conducted a survey and summary of the long-term effective but non-systematic teaching methods our teachers have in teaching practice. Through refining and sublimation, we have created “ A ”teaching routine.
