Foreword The Food and Agriculture Department of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) recently completed the forecast of 2005 agricultural products including milk and dairy products. This forecast not only considered the content of trade liberalization in the Uruguay Round, but also considered some of the issues unrelated to the Uruguay Round.
