创新不仅是一种知识特征,更是一种性格体现,一种精神状态,不是要求幼儿重复已然,而是要帮助他们学会构思,探索,思考未然。主题教学活动,一种以幼儿为本的教育方式,它不仅帮助幼儿以一种探究者的姿态寻求问题的答案,从而获取对事物更深的理解,更要求教师通过活动培养幼儿的创新能力。我主要从三个方面进行:一是培养训练幼儿思维的流畅性、独特性;二是适当教会幼儿创造的技巧;三是善于创设问题环境,在一日生活中注重随机教育。
Innovation is not only a kind of knowledge characteristic, but also a kind of personality manifestation and a state of mind. It does not require young children to repeat what they already have, but to help them learn to conceive, explore, and think through time. Thematic teaching activities, a child-centered approach to education, not only help young children find the answers to questions in an investigator’s attitude, but also gain a deeper understanding of things. Teachers are also required to develop young children’s innovative abilities through activities. I mainly from three aspects: First, training to train young children’s thinking fluency, uniqueness; second, the appropriate church children to create skills; Third, good at creating a problem environment, focusing on one day of life, random education.
