21世纪以来,通过实施总部迁移以获得区位优势资源成为企业重要的战略选择。总部迁移从开始兴起,就引起了政策制定者与学术界的广泛关注。企业总部迁移研究主要基于新经济地理理论、行为过程理论及扩展的企业资源理论等基础理论,借鉴企业迁移相关研究理论和方法。本文基于过程视角将企业总部迁移过程划分为迁移意愿的形成、迁移目标区位的选取和迁移行为对企业绩效的影响三个阶段,并从企业总部迁移动因、迁移目标区位及迁移绩效等方面,对国内外企业总部迁移的相关理论及研究进行系统梳理和总结。
Since the 21st century, it has become an important strategic choice for enterprises to obtain location-advantaged resources through the relocation of headquarters. Since the beginning of the relocation of headquarters, it has aroused widespread concern of policy makers and academics. The research on corporate headquarters relocation is mainly based on the basic theories of new economic geography theory, behavioral process theory and extended enterprise resource theory, and draws lessons from the research theories and methods of enterprise relocation. Based on the process perspective, this paper divides the process of corporate headquarters relocation into three phases: the formation of relocation intention, the selection of relocation target location and the impact of relocation on firm performance. In addition, from the aspects of relocation motivation, relocation target location and relocation performance, Theories and researches on the relocation of corporate headquarters at home and abroad are systematically reviewed and summarized.
