在镍基合金中、高含量锗的测定方法,文献报导很少,本文对锗钼蓝比色法作的系统条件试验表明,锗钼蓝杂多酸最大吸收在700纳米波长处,锗50~450微克/100毫升符合比尔定律,有色溶液可稳定4小时以上.方法选择性好,磷150微克,砷75微克,铁5毫克不干扰测定,大量铁产生正干扰.硅定量显色,有严重影响,但在用氢氟酸溶解试样时即被除去,氢氟酸与锗形成很稳定的络合物,即使加入大量盐酸,锗也不会挥发损失.本法操作简便,重现性好,适合于镍基合金中0.1~10%锗的侧定.
