本文研究了借助于系统地调控结构声传播性态以达到降低工程结构噪声目标的方法。作者阐述了利用传统的结构修改方法以实现降噪所存在的缺陷,提出了一种实验结构优化方法,该方法利用实验模态分析以及为辨识结构声与空气声敏感区域而进行的声强分析的实验结果。对工程结构上这种敏感区域的识别,使得建立有效的降噪措施成为可能。本文以通用的圆柱齿轮传动箱为例,详细论述了这种方法在工程结构上的实际应用,并讨论了该方法取得的降噪效果与所引起的结构质量增加问题
In this paper, the method to reduce the noise of engineering structure by means of systematically controlling the acoustic propagation behavior of the structure is studied. The author elaborates the defect of using traditional structure modification method to realize noise reduction, and proposes an experimental structure optimization method which uses experimental modal analysis and sound intensity analysis to identify structure acoustic and air-sound sensitive areas The experimental results. The identification of such sensitive areas of the engineering structure makes it possible to establish effective noise reduction measures.
