本文用电子学的基本理论分析了集成运算放大器XFC75的工作原理及性能。计算了静态电流开环放大倍数、输入和输出电阻,分析计算了各级复数放大倍数,开环稳定性及相位补偿,给出了传递函数、频率特性。由于在分析中采用了完整的h参数等效电路,应用了信号流图分折法,并对器件的单个样管进行了封帽测试,引用的单管参数接近实际,因而分析结果比较符合实际情况。
In this paper, the basic theory of electronics analysis of the integrated operational amplifier XFC75 working principle and performance. The open-loop magnification, input and output resistance of quiescent current were calculated. The complex magnification, open-loop stability and phase compensation at all levels were calculated and analyzed. The transfer function and frequency characteristics were given. Because of the complete h-parameter equivalent circuit used in the analysis, the signal flow graphing method is applied, and the cap of a single sample tube of the device is tested.
