目的分析雅安市2001—2014年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测系统情况,评价监测系统运行状况。方法通过AFP监测系统收集雅安市2001—2014年AFP病例监测数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果全市2001—2014年共报告AFP病例95例,经省级专家组诊断,1例为非AFP,94例为AFP病例,AFP年均发病率为2.47/10万,各年报告发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。全市年均报告发病率居前3位的区(县)分别为雨城、天全、芦山,报告发病率分别为3.99/10万、3.30/10万、2.69/10万,不同区(县)报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发病主要集中在2~4岁年龄组,共计50例,占53.19%;男性62例,女性32例,男女性别比为1.94∶1。全市各项监测指标中除合格粪便样本采集率2001年为83.33%、2010年为90.00%,粪便样本7 d内送达率2007年为90.90%,随访表75 d内送达率2001年为83.33%外,其余均达100.00%。结论雅安市2001—2014年AFP病例监测系统运转状况良好,但各区(县)监测工作发展不平衡,应有针对性地加强AFP监测工作。
Objective To analyze the situation of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) case surveillance system in Ya’an City from 2001 to 2014, and evaluate the operation status of surveillance system. Methods AFP surveillance system was used to collect surveillance data of AFP from 2001 to 2014 in Ya’an city and the descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 95 cases of AFP were reported from 2001 to 2014 in the province. One case of non-AFP and 94 cases of AFP were diagnosed by the provincial expert group. The annual average incidence of AFP was 2.47 / Statistical significance (P> 0.05). The city’s annual average incidence of reporting the top three districts (counties) were Yucheng, Tianquan, Lushan, the reported incidence was 3.99 / 100,000, 3.30 / 100,000, 2.69 / 100,000, different districts (counties) report The incidence of difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence mainly concentrated in the 2 to 4 age group, a total of 50 cases, accounting for 53.19%; 62 males and 32 females, male to female ratio was 1.94: 1. In addition to the sampling indicators of qualified fecal samples in the city in 2001 was 83.33%, 90.00% in 2010, stool samples within 7 d delivery rate of 90.90% in 2007, 75 days follow-up table within the delivery rate of 83.33 in 2001 %, The rest reached 100.00%. Conclusion The surveillance system of AFP from 2001 to 2014 in Ya’an City is in good condition. However, monitoring work in all districts and counties is not balanced. AFP monitoring should be strengthened in a targeted manner.
