由试验取得疲劳曲线,既费钱又费时。幸而取得近似的疲劳曲线有着理论上的方法,“万能斜率”法和“四点相关”法是多年来众所周知的两条捷径。然而每一种方法都需要冗长的计算,即使这样,这些数据也不总是合适的。基于“四点相关”理论的一种选择方法,容许只利用手册上的数据可作出疲劳曲线。对大多数钢、镁、铝和铜,这一方法同真正的疲劳数据有相当好的近似,而且对其它合金也适用。
Fatigue curve obtained by the test, both costly and time-consuming. Fortunately, there is a theoretical method for obtaining an approximate fatigue curve. The “universal slope” method and the “four-point correlation” method are two well-known shortcuts for many years. However, each of these methods requires lengthy calculations, even though the data is not always appropriate. A choice based on the “four point correlation” theory allows for the fatigue curve to be made using only the data in the manual. For most steels, magnesium, aluminum and copper, this method has a fairly good approximation to the true fatigue data and also applies to other alloys.
