埋地管道沿线不同的地形地貌和土壤分布造成对管道的腐蚀差异。介绍了沿线土壤腐蚀环境,管道采用三层PE防护层及阴极保护系统的设计、施工及调试情况。阴极保护系统采用强制电流和牺牲阳极两种保护形式。在高电阻率的石方段采用伴随管道同沟敷设的柔性辅助阳极;在山区段采用带状和块状的镁阳极做牺牲阳极。该系统调试运行正常,应用效果良好。
Buried pipelines along the different topography and soil distribution caused by corrosion of the pipe. Described the soil erosion along the environment, the use of three layers of PE pipe protection and cathodic protection system design, construction and commissioning. Cathodic protection system uses forced current and sacrificial anode two forms of protection. In the high resistivity of the stone section with the same channel with the laying of supple auxiliary flexible anode; in the mountain section with strip and block magnesium anode sacrificial anode. The system debugging is running properly, the application effect is good.
