本文对2000年以来上海检察机关受理的侵犯知识产权犯罪案件进行了较为全面的调研,并选取具有代表性的上海浦东地区和广东深圳南山区为个案,对侵犯知识产权犯罪情况及法律政策适用中的有关问题进行了一次专题调研。
