一、引言α一萘乙酸用作植物生长刺激剂,对于水稻浸秧和小麦浸种可以增产。也可用于果树和棉花盛开期保铃保蕾,促使各种植物插条生根、开花,提高发芽率,使农作物早熟、多产。还可防止落花落果及形成无籽果实。对人畜无害。α一萘乙酸的制备和工业生产,国内早有报导,但是,一般由萘和一氯乙酸缩合来制备,或由萘经氯甲基化、氰化、水解而成。本文工作系萘为原料经氯甲基化制得α一氯甲基萘之后,再以羰基钴离子为催化剂,在相转移催化下制得α一萘乙酸。本合成法的特点是,反应条件缓和,操作简便,有一定的理论研究价值和制备价值,为α一萘乙酸的制备提供一条新的合成路线。
