一、引言 六十年代中期兴起的放射性同位素X射线荧光快速分析核子技术(简称XRF技术),是解决矿石快速分析的一个新途径。这种分析仪称做手提式(或便携式)放射性同位素X射线荧光分析仪(简称PIF仪),快速、轻便,易于携带和维修,是其基本特点。 这种仪器具有以下共同特点:(1)均属相对分析。就是说在严格的相同测量条件下,用化学分析数据做基准,对仪器进行含量刻度,然后方能用作分析。(2)均须有专人开展分析方法研究。研究工作的中心任务,就
I. INTRODUCTION The rapid analysis of radioactive isotope XRF nuclear technology (XRF technology), which emerged in the mid-1960s, is a new way to solve the rapid analysis of ore.
