目的研究清宫汤水煎剂的抗焦虑作用。方法通过大鼠群居接触及旷场实验来评价清宫汤的抗焦虑药效。结果与正常对照组比较,清宫汤水煎液中剂量组(4.2 g/kg)能增加大鼠群居接触的时间(P<[.01);低剂量组(2.1 g/kg)能增加大鼠跨格次数(P<0.05)和大鼠竖起次数(P<0.01)。结论清宫汤水煎液具有抗焦虑作用。
Objective To study the anti-anxiety effect of Qing Gong Decoction. Methods The rats were subjected to social contact and open-field test to evaluate the anti-anxiety efficacy of Qinggong Decoction. Results Compared with the normal control group, Qinggutang decoction medium dosage group (4.2 g / kg) increased the time of social contact (P <0.01); low dose group (2.1 g / kg) (P <0.05) and rat erection times (P <0.01). Conclusion Qing Gong Decoction has anti-anxiety effects.
