为了准确高效地构造汽轮机叶片曲面,采用三次非均匀有理B样条拟合叶片表面.分别采用向心参数法和累积弦长参数化法计算叶片横截面和纵向的节点矢量,根据求得的控制顶点网格和节点矢量建立叶片精确的数学模型,并给出其矩阵表达形式.经实例验证表明:所建立的叶片数学模型完全满足精度要求,对提高叶片的设计质量和进行叶片动力特性分析具有实用价值.
In order to construct the steam turbine blade surface accurately and efficiently, the surface of the blade is fitted by cubic non-uniform rational B-spline, and the centripetal parameter and cumulative chord parameterization method are used to calculate the blade cross-section and longitudinal node vector respectively.
