中、小学的教学研究与教学管理,是教研室的主要工作。我室在市教育局的直接领导下,在全市中、小学校长、教师的热情支持下,充分发挥教研室的职能,坚持教研教管一手抓,从理论与实践的结合上,开展教学研究,探索教管规律,推进了素质教育的实施。几年来,中、小学生参加的学科竞赛,获国家级奖的262人,省级奖的35人,市级奖的186人。中小学教师参赛的评优课,获省级奖的2人,市级奖的26人。我室先后三次被评为市、县先进单位,1992年获江苏省教研系统先进集体。我们之所以能取得较好的成绩,主要是从以下
The teaching research and teaching management in primary and secondary schools is the main task of the teaching and research section.
