本文应用 Simpson-Hunter 提出的潮混合形成浅水陆架锋的概念,讨论了黄海冷水团锋面及其它有关问题。用近最大潮流流速计算了黄海和东海北部的层化参量,得到划分层化和垂直均匀区的临界层化参量为1.8。在增温季节,整个黄海冷水团的边界是由潮混合控制的。夏季东海北部气旋型涡旋的西边界也由潮混合所控制。海面温度资料还表明:在强潮混合区外缘,存在着由潮混合引起的浅水海洋锋。
In this paper, we use the concept of tide mixing proposed by Simpson-Hunter to form shallow shelf front and discuss the yellow sea front and other related problems. The stratified parameters of the Yellow Sea and the northern East China Sea are calculated using the near-maximum tidal velocity and the critical stratified parameters of stratified and vertically uniform regions are obtained as 1.8. During the warming season, the boundaries of the entire Yellow Sea cold water mass are controlled by tidal mixing. The western boundary of the cyclonic vortex in the northern East China Sea in summer is also controlled by tidal mixing. The sea surface temperature data also show that there is a shallow ocean front caused by tidal mixing at the outer edge of the strong tidal mixing area.
