Jiyuan City is located in the Taihang Mountain area in the northwestern part of Henan Province and is one of the high-risk areas for esophageal cancer and gastric cancer in China. In November 1992, we conducted a tumor epidemiological survey of 12 people aged 35 years and above in 4 natural villages in the region, and we took 75 8 hair samples.
