胚胎食管发育过程中存在食管壁各种细胞的不断增殖和凋亡。在胚胎发育中二者的关系受各种生长因子或相关基因的调节与控制。其中细胞凋亡因子Bcl-2、Bax、p53、HSP70等与胚胎食管发育之间的关系得到了较深入研究。这些凋亡因子的异常表达常与食管癌变、先天性食管畸形发生等相关。早期胚胎组织细胞生长发育与癌症发生具有许多相似性,深入研究细胞凋亡与胚胎发育的关系非常重要。现就细胞凋亡因子与胚胎食管的发育关系及在食管癌、食管先天畸形中的表达等方面进行综述。
Esophageal development of embryonic cells exist in the continuous proliferation and apoptosis of various cells. The relationship between the two in embryonic development is regulated and controlled by various growth factors or related genes. Among them, the relationship between apoptosis factors Bcl-2, Bax, p53, HSP70 and embryo esophageal development has been studied in more depth. Abnormal expression of these apoptotic factors often associated with esophageal cancer, congenital esophageal degeneration and so on. Early embryonic tissue cell growth and development and cancer have many similarities, in-depth study of the relationship between apoptosis and embryonic development is very important. Now on the apoptosis and embryonic esophageal development and esophageal cancer, esophageal congenital malformations were reviewed.
