振动压路机振动轮上机架的偏振分析

为了提高路面压实质量及驾驶人的操作舒适性,针对中国产振动压路机普遍存在的机架偏振现象,在实验室通过试验发现,压路机机架偏振问题主要是驱动侧与振动侧之间振动加速度的差距较大,驱动侧、振动侧每侧不同测点间振动加速度的差距也较大;在试验的基础上,通过理论分析建立了机架-减振器-振动轮-地面系统的力学模型,对模型求解结果进行分析,提出了消除机架与振动轮偏振的振动轮与机架设计原则是,激振器激振力作用点、减振器弹性力作用点、机架质心、钢轮质心与形心重合在一个垂向面内;按照得到的“五心合一”的振动轮与机架设计原则,对试验样机进行改进设计,并对改进后的样机在实验室进行了试验。研究结果表明:驱动侧、振动侧的振动加速度平均值与最大值的偏差明显减小;驱动侧、振动侧每侧不同测点间振动加速度的差距也明显减小;提出的“五心合一”的振动轮与机架设计原则能从设计源头上比较有效地消除目前普遍存在的机架偏振现象,按此原则设计的振动压路机减振效果变好,驱动侧、振动侧每侧不同测点间振动加速度的偏差减小了一半以上,驱动侧与振动侧之间振动加速度的偏差也减小了一半以上,为解决振动轮与机架的偏振问题给出了一种较好的设计原则与方法。 In order to improve the quality of road compaction and the driver’s comfort of operation, aiming at the rack polarization phenomenon prevailing in China-made vibratory roller, it is found in the laboratory that the polarization problem of the roller frame is mainly the vibration acceleration between the driving side and the vibration side The difference of vibration acceleration between different measuring points on the driving side and the vibration side is also large. The results show that the deviation between the average vibration acceleration and the maximum value of the driving side and the vibration side is obviously reduced, and the difference of the vibration acceleration between the different driving points and the vibration side is also obviously reduced.
