目的:为下颌角肥大而采用下颌骨截骨术提供解剖学参数,从而避免损伤手术部位的重要结构。方法:经多聚甲醛固定的成人头颈部的标本20例和干燥下颌骨标本20例,采用层次解剖法解剖头面部的结构,特别是下颌角区的解剖结构,观察此区的层次结构和重要结构的位置关系,同时测量干燥下颌骨的下颌管距边缘的距离。结果:观察到经口内切口,下颌角区的层次和重要的毗邻结构。测得下颌角距下颌管的距离(21.8±3.6)mm。结论:进行下颌骨截骨术时,注意下颌角区切口的大小和离下颌角的距离,避免损伤重要的血管、神经。
OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomical parameters for mandibular angle osteotomy for mandibular angle hypertrophy to avoid damaging important structures at the surgical site. Methods: 20 cases of adult head and neck specimens fixed by paraformaldehyde and 20 cases of dried mandibular specimens were dissected. The anatomy of head and face was anatomized by hierarchical anatomy. The anatomic structure of the mandibular angle area was observed. Important structure of the positional relationship, while measuring the mandibular mandibular dry distance from the edge of the distance. Results: The level of the intraoral incision, mandibular angle region, and significant adjacent structures were observed. The distance from mandibular angle to mandibular canal was measured (21.8 ± 3.6) mm. Conclusion: During the mandibular osteotomy, pay attention to the size of mandibular angle incision and the distance from the mandibular angle, to avoid damage to the important blood vessels and nerves.
