《工友》编辑部:我公司招用了10名普通焊工,并与他们签订了为期一年的劳动合同,约定试用期一个月,同时在合同附件中约定了如下条款:甲方(公司)将在3个月内统一安排乙方(员工)进行专业焊接培训,培训结束后组织认证考核。如乙方考核不通过无法取得操作证,合同自然终止。3个月后,经考核,部分焊工没有取得操作证,公司遂依照约定终止了劳动合同。但这些员工提出,应当享受经济补偿金。请问我公司是否应为其支付经济补偿金?彭小丽
