城市集体所有制经济,是我国社会主义经济的重要组成部分,是当前一个突出伪问题。同时要尽快制定出适合各种集体所有制企、事业需要的保护和促进它们发展的政策、法令和条例。而研究和制定适合城市集体经济实际状况的劳动保险制度、政策和条例,尤其紧迫和重要。一我国劳动保险的性质和特点要了解建立城市集体经济劳动保险制度的重要意义,首先必须正确认识我国劳动保险的性质和特点。
