前言采用胶束增溶分光光度法测定微量锡曾有过报导。其中最灵敏的采用溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)和邻苯二酚紫(PV)测锡,ε_(662)=9.5×10~4,此法必须严格控制显色的pH=2.2±0.1引。而且近来又证实,工作曲线具有负截距。这对于提高灵敏度却失去一定意义。资料认为阳离子表面活性剂对于苯芴酮-锡络合物的敏化是非常惰性的,他们得到的CTAB-苯芴酮测锡的克分子吸收
Preface The use of micellar solubilization spectrophotometry for trace tin has been reported. One of the most sensitive detection of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and pyrochlore violet (PV) tin, ε_ (662) = 9.5 × 10 ~ 4, this method must be strictly controlled color pH = 2.2 ± 0.1 lead.
