偶阅旧日语法研究文章,一个观点赫然在目:复句不能作谓语。为什么呢?答曰:“因为复句处于谓语位置,无疑成了几个分句。如‘他不但觉悟高,而且业务精。’实际上就是递进复句了。”关于复句与词语的关系,目前国内权威的现代汉语专著似未曾有过论述。但事实上,不但复句可以作谓语,而且多重复句也可以作谓语,这里有大量的课内与课外的例子证明。先看课内的。例(一) 其结果,谬种流传,误人不浅。(毛泽东《改造我们的学习》)
