1.FeO-SiO_2-CaO-ZnO的熔度和粘度性质(秦柯等)采用高温显微镜和内旋转式粘度计,系统研究了作为炼铅炉渣基础的FeO-SiO_2-CaO-ZnO四元系的熔度和粘度性质。运用混料回归实验设计和分析方法,建立了炉渣性质关于组元浓度的二次回归方程。在此基础上,作出了在ZnO=10%和20%(wt)条件下FeO-SiO_2-CaO假三元系的等熔度图和等粘度图。分析讨论了炉渣碱度和温度等因素与炉渣粘度的关系。
1. Melting and Viscosity Properties of FeO-SiO_2-CaO-ZnO (Qin Ke et al.) High-temperature microscopy and internal rotation viscometer were used to systematically investigate the properties of FeO-SiO_2-CaO-ZnO quaternary Melting and viscosity properties. By using the mixed regression experimental design and analysis method, a quadratic regression equation about the properties of the slag with respect to the concentration of the components was established. On the basis of this, the isocavities and isostropic diagrams of FeO-SiO_2-CaO pseudo-ternary system at ZnO = 10% and 20% (wt) were obtained. The relationship between slag basicity and temperature and slag viscosity was analyzed and discussed.
