根据H-800分析电镜对Fe-23 Cr-15Co永磁合金所作的形貌观察和选区衍射分析,探讨了热磁处理温度对Fe-23 Cr-15Co永磁合金的显微组织结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,Fe-23Cr-15Co永磁合金在稍低于Spinodal分解温度下进行热磁处理,可获最佳的组织结构与最优的磁性能。
The microstructure and magnetic properties of the Fe-23 Cr-15Co permanent magnet alloy treated by heat-magnetic treatment were discussed based on the morphological observation and the selected diffraction analysis of the Fe-23 Cr-15Co permanent magnet alloy by H-800 electron microscope. The results show that the Fe-23Cr-15Co permanent magnet alloy is thermally magnetically treated at a temperature slightly lower than the Spinodal decomposition temperature to obtain the best microstructure and the optimal magnetic properties.
