本文根据目前普遍采用的草酸—硫酸亚铁铵钼蓝光度法进行了小改进,介绍用碱性钼酸铵中和溶样时所需的多余部分的酸,并在沸水浴中加热来避免温度对硅钼杂多酸形成的影响,保证了方法的快速、稳定、准确。通过实验,标准样品的对照分析,证明结果完全符合分析的质量要求。 一、试剂 稀盐硝混酸:在300ml水中,加70ml浓盐酸,30ml浓硝酸,搅拌均匀;碱性钼酸铵溶液:称5g试剂,加100ml水,溶解后,加12g无水碳酸钠,搅拌溶解完全后,贮于塑料瓶中;草酸溶液:称5g试剂,加400ml水溶解:硫酸亚铁铵溶液:称6g试剂,加400ml水溶解。
