农业八字宪法是农业发展纲要中提出的十二条农业增产措施中的基本措施。是我国农业大跃进的产物。全国农业展览馆措施馆展出了我国农民在这方面的卓越经验和所取得的辉煌成就,以及“八字宪法”在增产中所起的巨大作用。措施馆大厅的中央竖立着一座三结合的塑象;中立者是一个干部,左边是一个手执麦穗和抱着书本的女科学技术工作者,右边是一个手指向前方的农民,这塑像象征着“八字宪法”是党的领导、群众经验和科学技术三结合的产物,是农业科学的大革命,是农业生产迅速发展的重要保证。塑象的后面有一大块版面,上面写着:“贯澈执行农业八字宪法逐步实行耕作园田化,生产过程机械化,提高单位面积产量和劳动生产率”。大厅的左面是土肥室,右面是种密室,与土肥室以走廊相连的是植保室。
The agricultural character constitution is the basic measure in the 12 measures for increasing agricultural output raised in the outline of agricultural development. The “character constitution” is the product of the combination of the Party’s leadership, mass experience and science and technology. It is a great revolution in agricultural science and an important guarantee for the rapid development of agricultural production. Behind the statue there is a large section of the page, which read: “Through the implementation of the agricultural character constitution, the government has gradually implemented the mechanization of farming, the mechanization of the production process, and the improvement of yield per unit area and labor productivity.” The left side of the hall is soil fertilizer room, the right is a kind of secret room, and soil fertilizer room connected to the corridor is the plant protection room.
