No one has ever written a history of the impact of the educational development in a country on the educational reform in other countries. Write this history, I am afraid neither need to consider the widest possible impact, but also do not need to make a complete and comprehensive analysis. For example, the structure of the Japanese education system was undoubtedly re-established by the United States after the Second World War. However, it is hard to disprove this argument: the influence of the United States has not covered the areas of codification of courses, not to mention the wide range of ”hidden" classes and the teaching and learning styles. In the case of the Federal Republic of Germany, there is no doubt that the post-war American influence on curriculum reform will also be visible; however, it is very difficult to discern these effects in the theory and practice of West German education 40 years later. In view of this, comparative educators have viewed many countries both inside and outside Europe as dual vocational training in German vocational education
