本文在正则溶体近似的基础上推导出分折第四元素D对α+α’两相分解行为的影响的热力学参数(Ω_(AD)~α-Ω_(D-BC)~α)及复合参数Γ。本研究还利用四元扩散偶法实际测定了900℃下Co、Ti、Cu、Mn、Si、V、Mo、Cr和Nb在α及α’相中的分配比,实验结果与根据上述热力学参数的预测相符。这表明,本文所提出的热力学分析方法对预测第四元素的作用有重要的价值。本文定义的第四元素在α及α’相中的分配比是一个具有极重要的理论意义和实用价值的参数。
This paper deduces the thermodynamic parameters (Ω_ (AD) ~ α-Ω_ (D-BC) ~ α) and the compound parameters of the fourth element D on the α + α ’phase decomposition on the basis of the regular solution approximation Γ. In this study, the distribution of Co, Ti, Cu, Mn, Si, V, Mo, Cr and Nb in α and α ’phase at 900 ℃ was also measured by quaternionic diffusion method. The experimental results are in agreement with the above thermodynamic parameters Consistent with the forecast. This shows that the thermodynamic analysis method proposed in this paper is of great value in predicting the effect of the fourth element. The distribution ratio of the fourth element defined in this paper in α and α ’phase is a parameter of great theoretical significance and practical value.
