通过成分分析、金相检验、SEM形貌观察和EDS分析等方法,对分子筛脱蜡装置空冷器管束腐蚀泄露原因进行了分析。结果表明:316L不锈钢管束经化学成分分析符合要求,管束内壁附着黑色垢层,垢层表面凹凸不平,存在细小裂纹和坑点。316L不锈钢组织为单相奥氏体,奥氏体晶粒细小并均匀一致,EDS分析发现管束内壁垢层中含有一定量的S和O元素。煤油馏分介质中含有H2S和环烷酸,高速流动的介质对管束内壁的冲刷,使得管壁的保护膜脱落,造成了冲刷和腐蚀的相互促进。
The causes of corrosion and leakage of air coolers in molecular dewaxing units were analyzed by composition analysis, metallographic examination, SEM morphology and EDS analysis. The results show that the 316L stainless steel tube bundle meets the requirements of chemical composition analysis. The black scale layer is attached to the inner wall of the tube bundle. The surface of the scale layer is uneven with fine cracks and pits. 316L stainless steel microstructure is single-phase austenite, austenite grains are small and uniform, EDS analysis found that the tube wall scale layer contains a certain amount of S and O elements. Kerosene distillate medium containing H2S and naphthenic acid, high-speed flow medium on the tube wall erosion, making the tube wall protective film off, resulting in mutual promotion of erosion and corrosion.
