良好的师生关系是课堂师生互动开展的必要前提。学生创造性的发展要求有一个相互信任、相互尊重、和谐民主的环境,因此教师要转变角色,由知识的权威转为平等的参与者和合作者;由课堂的管制者转为课堂的组织者、引导者和促进者;由课堂的表演者转为学生表演的发动者等。在教育教学中教师要把自己融入学生群体之中,成为其中一员,共同参与教学活动评价。加强与学生的情感交流,通过与学生的交流了解学生的内心世界,消除学生的心理障碍
A good teacher-student relationship is an essential prerequisite for the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. The creative development of students requires an environment of mutual trust, mutual respect and harmony and democracy.
