不孕症是指有正常性生活,未经避孕1年内未妊娠者。未避孕而从未妊娠者为原发性不孕[1]。黄骅农村地区的育龄夫妇生殖健康知识较为匮乏,对于不孕不育多见盲目求医或错过最佳治疗时间而延误病情。为适时给予规范的医疗干预,制定有效预防措施,降低其患病率,本文总结了黄骅市农村育龄夫妇原发性不孕的相关调查结果并进行相应的分析,报道如下。
