在普通人的眼里,强度越高的金属合金材料,其塑性变形能力越差,而塑性变形能力越好的合金材料,其强度往往又不足。近日,中科院物理研究所的研究小组,成功研制出在室温条件下同时具有超高塑性和超高强度的块体非晶合金材料,把这两种看起来矛盾的性质结合在一起。最新一期出版的《科学》杂志刊登了这项研究的进展。
In the eyes of ordinary people, the higher the strength of the metal alloy material, the plastic deformation of the worse, and the better plastic deformation ability of the alloy material, its strength is often not enough. Recently, the research group of Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, successfully developed a bulk amorphous alloy material with both super-high plasticity and ultra-high strength at room temperature, combining these two seemingly contradictory properties. The latest issue of Science magazine published the progress of this research.
