针对塔河油田常规原油负压稳定虽可满足原油储存饱和蒸汽压要求,但轻烃收率低这一问题,采用气提气这一方法来提高原油稳定深度。利用HYSYS软件对现有流程及采用气提方式流程进行模拟工艺计算研究,研究结果表明:在相同负压操作条件下,在负压稳定塔底加入气提气可以提高原油稳定的深度,增加轻烃收率,平均收率可增加20%-30%,并通过现场应用验证了这一结论。
Aiming at the problem that the vacuum stability of conventional crude oil in Tahe Oilfield can meet the requirement of saturated vapor pressure of crude oil storage but the yield of light hydrocarbon is low, the method of gas stripping is used to increase the stable depth of crude oil. The HYSYS software is used to simulate the existing process and the process of the stripping process. The results show that adding the stripping gas to the bottom of the vacuum stabilizer can increase the stability of crude oil and increase the lightness under the same negative pressure operating conditions The hydrocarbon yield and average yield can be increased by 20% -30%. This conclusion is validated by on-site application.
